Okay so most the girls I hang out with are pretty crafty. So I decided that if I was going to be able to keep up with them I would have to really get on it. The walls in Abby's room were basically bare, and I have a hard time spending money on something that will get packed up in a box to move and then get ruined in a year, I'm cheap, I know.
I was talking to some of my friends which got my curiosity going and i started looking online for things to do and I came across this website.
I was inspired so I thought that I would share my new found craftiness!
A litte canvas, Mog Pog, Tissue paper and glitter! So easy, Abby loved doing thi
s one. She's had a thing for butterflies lately...

I love this wreath! This is the first one i've made, and I would do a few things different, like make the cloth flower removable so you could make thisa year round wreath by simply changing what you had to accent it. May i also say that I love the dollar store, it's my newfavorite place to shop. Those were the only ones inspired by the web site. the next ones were just little projects that I thought would be fun and useful.

This is a Halloween bag I made for Abby, not exactly butterflies
but I figured it would work. I forgot to take pictures of the lining but it was cute. The pumpkin is the back; the cat, pumpkin and tree are embroidered on. I actually really enjoyed embroidering, I didn't think that I would but it was surprisingly relaxing.
This is a baby blanket that I made for a friends shower. It has little velcro straps so that you can attach it to the car seat. It took me all of 4 hours to make. I was really impressed with myself. Lana did a lot of helping and reassuring.

Cute stuff Beth! You'll have to teach me how to make some fun things. I am the least crafty person you will ever meet!
Anytime, when were in the same area. : )
These are seriously the only things I've done but I'd love to help you where I can.
